RealUptime LLC is a subsidiary of Treepai, Inc.
What is used
If model training is turned on for your account, RealUptime provides Treepai, Inc. with content from the account, and Treepai, Inc. may use it to train and improve AI models. This includes monitor settings, check results, status-page content, incident text, error events, audit records, and the messages you send to RealUptime support. Treepai, Inc. receives this content as a company using it for its own purposes, not as a service provider acting for you. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, domains and URLs, and account and monitor identifiers are replaced with placeholders before content is provided.
What is not used
RealUptime does not provide for model training: passwords, passkeys, session tokens, API keys, or integration credentials; payment details; the email addresses and phone numbers of status-page subscribers, or their text-message consent records; the values of variables captured in error events; screenshots or response bodies of the pages we check; or text generated by RealUptime's own AI features.
Turning it off
Model training is on by default for every account. The account owner can change it under Your data in account settings.
When you turn model training off, RealUptime stops providing the account's content for model training. Content already provided is deleted where the law that applies to you requires it, or when you ask and that law gives you the right to have it deleted. A model that has already been trained cannot be untrained.
A person with no account can object by writing to support@realuptime.io.
